Thruk 3.24 Package for Fedora 43 - DNF 'libdnf5::AssertionError'

Hi Sven,

Looks like I spoke too soon. I've just upgraded from Fedora 42 to 43 and it broke Thruk 3.22. I have download the rebuild Thruk 3.24 package for Fedora 43 and I am running into dnf install errors 'libdnf5::AssertionError'. I have also attached the other dnf errors in a file. Let me know if you need anymore information to reproduce this error.

If dnf core dumps, then this sounds more like an issue
in dnf itself. I am happy to help and support you investigating this issue but
i have no ressources to do this for you.

Good news! I was able to dnf remove thruk* packages and re-install the new binaries for Thruk 3.24. The not-so-good news is that selecting the "main" Nagios/Thruk backend connection from the Home Thruk dashboard core dumps the Nagios daemon. I notice that our Nagios instance was upgarded to (nagios-4.5.9-2.fc43.x86_64) from Nagios 4.4.14 as it was upgraded to Fedora 43. So basically, the main Nagios/Thruk server cannot query it's own Nagios service but able to provide Thruk services to 3 other Nagios instances. I'll attach the core dump Nagios process text if you can further help.

I think this is a Nagios issue and not Thruk so this problem can be resolve.
