Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently anyone using this library would need to be GPLv3 as well. Wouldn't this be a blocker to any company wishing to use this library that didn't want to open source their code. This seems like a blocker to polkadot adoption.

Sure have the node be GPLv3 but being able to access the node should be apache 2 like https://www.npmjs.com/package/@polkadot/api is.
