How to distinct normal text msg & command msg?

For now I'm doing this:

I suggest to add a HandleCommand() function on handler, or provide a util method to check is a msg command.

Telego has many predicates, for commands use: th.AnyCommand, th.CommandEqual, th.CommandEqualArgc or th.CommandEqualArgv

Ok, now my code looks like this, and it works:

This do works without issue now.
But there are small concerns for me:

1. There are duplicated code. e.g the lines to get msgText and chatID.
2. The order of the 2 HandleMessage() call really matters. Since th.AnyMessage() is a superset of th.AnyCommand().
