I have installed the ICU through vcpkg, but it seems that this problem still cannot be solved

There are no such spaces in the actual command.

I strictly followed the build steps you provided, obtained the vcpkg environment, and built the environment using the build_mumble_dependencies.sh script

You mean, you cloned our vcpkg fork and then executed said script within that, correct?

Does the error also appear outside of Qt Creator? That is, if you execute the respective commands entirely from the command line?
