[BUG] EWW_TEMPS keeps AMD discrete GPU active #1398

Description of the bug
Using EWW_TEMPS while the discrete GPU is active keeps querying the GPU temperature and prevents it from going into a low power state and suspending. This greatly decreases battery life on my laptop.
