[Bug]: Publii Error messages are not constrained by screen height

Bug description

I recently tried to update my website hosted on Github Pages and received the following error:

However, because it's not properly constrained by the screen height, I can't read the beginning of the error message or cancel out of the upload process. I can restart the upload process via the keyboard and then cancel though.

I did look at the logs, but there doesn't seem to be anything specifically about the upload error.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have Publii website with lots of images.
2. Have Github Pages upload credentials and settings configured.
3. Attempt to upload new post.
4. ???
5. Error during upload process extends above and below view window.

The bug is still present in version 0.47.2 (build 17336).

Bug is still present in v0.47.3.

It went away when I replaced my access token with a new one, but returned on the next attempt to sync.

@korgano - I will try to fix it in next release. Unfortunately I didn't have such situation so it is hard to fix by blindly applying additional changes :(

I appreciate the work you're doing, and only wish I knew how to get you the data that would help you fix the problem.
